Jane Harper's Tasmanian coast in The Survivors is just as compelling as her outback in The Dry and The Lost Man. Evelyn Bay is such a small town that it's almost a locked room mystery. Loved it!

I have just finished The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie by Alan Bradley and adore his 11-year-old experimental poisoner/investigator, Flavia de Luce. This is the first of what seems to be a terrific mystery series - can't wait to find the rest!

Once again I got to revel in the gravelly tones of Christopher Ragland as he narrated the third of Jack Heath's Timothy Blake series, Hideout. Ragland is an inspired choice for this series! He even had me shedding a tear at the end...5★s

I think it's the first time I've given 5 stars to a romance novel! It got me good haha.
I read the Wolfe Brother series by Markus Zusak a while back, but I really love anything narrated by Stig Wemyss, so I was pleased to see Fighting Ruben Wolfe available on BorrowBox.4★s for this early Zusak
