Q1 - Second hand hoarded book challenge :-D :-D
Currently three quarters through The Book Thief by Markus Zusak... Will be finishing it before the end of the year, most likely! Got secondhand from a Book Swap group on Facebook 😃
I’ve become a big fan of 2nd hand books in the last few years and have quite a few waiting to be read on my shelves. It seems I am becoming a bit of a book hoarder as I have so many books on my TBR list and I keep accumulating more. I just can’t resist books, especially when they are free or very inexpensive! I enjoying spending time browsing in both new and used bookstores and thrift stores. This challenge is good incentive to get them off my TBR list so I’ll be joining fir 2020.
I’m currently reading All The Light We Cannot See but it does not look like I’ll have the time to finish it before the end of the year. I guess it will count towards the 2020 challenge! Happy Reading.

Book #1 for this challenge:All The Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr
FREE from the little book exchange library we have for the residents in my building where I give and take a lot of 2nd hand books.
Hi all, love the idea of this challenge. Probably 70% of my books are from second hand book shops. There’s a seaside town near me called Felixstowe and they have an amazing shop that looks like one shop from the outside but is a warren of backrooms, corridors and cellar of piles of books. I love it. Love randomly buying things I’ve never heard of but have a great cover. I always have a big pile of to read books. I’m in! Also just worked out as I scan them into good reads when I buy, I know how long they've been in the house. 1:

Book #2Personhood: The Art of Being Fully Human by Leo F. Buscaglia
Picked it up for free from our little book exchange library where I live.
An easy read with some very good insights. Perfect timing for this book to come to me!
I worked at a thrift store, and so did my mom. Between the two of us, we easily have a thousand books. It has been a daunting task to catalog and organize all of them, with so many changes around the house.
I can try my best though.
From my current list there is Shirley Temple: An American Princess.
I am only about 4% into it, and I do not think I can finish it fully without skipping ahead. I have to think about it for a few days, and just do some lighter reading.
I'm in!name of the book: "Jules"
