I haven't read the rest of the series, but this book sounds really interesting.

Dima, I agree that both series are great. I am looking forward to starting!

I bought the first book. I'll make sure to finish it before the group starts! Thanks for the tip.

I started today. Read through chapter 14. It’s good to be back in Rockton! The book started off running. (view spoiler)

I finished chapter 7 and I 'm also happy to be back in Rockton.

I'll be reading more to catch up and don't mind if you read more- I likely will too.

I also love the dogs and Casey’s sister, Laura!
Frances, I hope your internet is back soon! That is so frustrating!

Me too! Hopefully you have service again. Did you enjoy the book?

I’m also finished. Another great book in the series. I really enjoyed it.

Did you enjoy it as much as I did Geri?
I guess now we wait for March to buddy read You Are Not Alone and The Honey-Don't List.

I am definitely up for the March buddy reads! Do you have a request for them at your library? I think you said you may use a gift card for one? I have a request in at my library. I requested months ago so hopefully I get them first.
I really hope your internet is fixed!

It took four phone calls and three technitians, but I finally have service!

Synopsis
In #1 New York Times bestseller Kelley Armstrong's latest thriller, the hidden town of Rockton is about to face a challenge none of them saw coming: a baby.
Every season in Rockton seems to bring a new challenge. At least that's what Detective Casey Duncan has felt since she decided to call this place home. Between all the secretive residents, the sometimes-hostile settlers outside, and the surrounding wilderness, there's always something to worry about.
While on a much needed camping vacation with her boyfriend, Sheriff Eric Dalton, Casey hears a baby crying in the woods. The sound leads them to a tragic scene: a woman buried under the snow, murdered, a baby still alive in her arms.
A town that doesn’t let anyone in under the age of eighteen, Rockton must take care of its youngest resident yet while solving another murder and finding out where the baby came from - and whether she's better off where she is.
#1 New York Times bestselling author Kelley Armstrong again delivers an engaging, tense thriller set in perhaps the most interesting town in all of contemporary crime fiction.
