YA book about a girl who is not close with mother and works at a second-hand shop!!

The book is about a girl and her and her mom argue a lot and are not very close, she starts to work at a second-hand shop, and there are these 2 women who work there and they all become friends.

I read this around 2013-6016
I think that the girl buys a pair of red boots.
I think that the girls name may be "Hope"?
She eventually ends up giving either some of hers or her mother's clothes to the second-hand shop to get money
There is a woman from her school that comes to her house at some point to talk to her and her mother
I think that when the girl gave clothes to the shop she got these tickets that she could use to buy stuff from the shop.

I think the cover of the book was blue?

At the end of the book, her mom apologizes and they make up after some tears
