For my first book, I used option 2 and read With the Fire on High by Elizabeth Acevedo. Author initials, EA, found in bArtEnders. I read the kindle edition, linked to the top pb (no MMPB).

For my second book, i used option 5 and read The Case of the Spellbound Child (Elemental Masters, #14) by Mercedes Lackey , with a parrot on the cover. Parrot was approved as an indoor pet in post 13 of the help thread.
