lol, Karen. Funny how books seem to linger when they don't work for any challenges. :)

I requested a few books a while back that are still sitting on my pending shelf. I assume they'll fall off at some point, but I'd still be happy if they were approved. I'm putting the pause on new requests again though because I don't want to fall behind and still have a few old books to catch up.

Those protected pdfs are so annoying... Glad you're able to get the two you missed from your library.

Edited msg. 21: I ended up finishing two books yesterday and thought I better count them for November. 9 books read, 10 on the shelf, up a percent from beginning of the month.
