re 861, not a duplicate. one is the ebook edition, the other kindle. we count them as separate editions on Goodreads.

#874 - Figured out why it was messed up. The ISBN13 was truncated in the ISBN10 field, and the ISBN10 that was listed on the Author site (which was wrong) was in the ISBN13 field.

#880 - Done.#881 - We do not delete books for the that reason. It looks like it was released with both covers that are assigned to it. People like to shelve the version with the cover they own, so both editions will stay. Even if you decide to delete your account your book will not be deleted from the site.
#882 - There is not much info on the one edition, but they appear to be different versions, since the page count is significantly different.

Yes, following Goodreads policy. Goodreads policy is to keep all published covers on the site, as users want to shelve the cover of the copy they have. Instead, we add an alternate-cover edition. See http://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/1... and http://www.goodreads.com/help/show/85...

Your books are correctly combined as per GR policy.
We do NOT remove/change book covers - Users want to catalog the book that they read with the COVER they read. By deleting the old cover we would be removing it from users shelves and as GR is a book cataloging site that is unacceptable.
To some users it is akin to you going in to their house and removing the book from their bookshelves just because you changed the cover.
Librarians WILL NOT delete the book / remove the old cover. Continually requesting in this group is not going to change the outcome

"Merged" on GoodReads refers to when one book is deleted while combined with its duplicate, transferring its reviews, ratings etc to the remaining edition. Your books are not merged, as, when on one of the individual pages for the books you can see the other listed as an alternate edition.
I've added a link to the new cover edition to the old one, and noted the old one as unavailable, in accordance with the guidelines found here:

As for the ebook file, I wouldn't know, only authors can upload them, but you may have better luck asking at the Author Feedback Group.

Re 904: I assume that will change with time, but the author dashboard is something that only the author can see and GoodReads Librarians do not have control over general site functionality. According to policy, it is the latter with the cropped ISBN and missing the cover that should be merged into the former, but the latter record has the around two dozen names of the contributors to the anthology that would have to be moved to the other record otherwise.

'HMB Special Collection' probably stands for 'Harlequin Mills & Boon Special Collection', however there is no such collection, as far as I could tell. Instead, there are Mills & Boon Special Releases, as in the first book.
