Needful Things, Stephen King

Loved and bought all the books, but this one was a big disappointment. I posted a review.

I am currently reading, arguably, the worst book I have read in a very long time. Laurel K Hamiltons Guilty Pleasures, I suspect I am not going to get anywhere near the end it is so atrocious.

Hi Khalid, how are you? Are you looking for reviewers for your book? If so, I'd love to read and review it in exchange for a physical copy, as I don't really have a good way to read ebooks. My review would be published on Goodreads and my book blog. I can also be reached by email at: justabookishblog@gmail.com
Thank you!

Published in 1932, it is a murder mystery set in Harlem, among the first, if not the first, to be written by an African-American author featuring a pair of African-American detectives (a police detective and a physician.) Despite some material and language that would be considered stereotype by today's standards, it's a very solid mystery, well-plotted. Before his untimely death at age 37, the author, Rudolph Fisher (doctor, dramatist, novelist, musician) had planned at least two sequels.
