With me its so much restraint it's laziness. I have loads of paperbacks that i add as I read them lol.

My tbr is 81 books. It use to be close to 400 books, but then, I got annoyed with it and cleared it out and restarted. I've kept it at 50 or so books for at least 4 years now. I've splurged a bit. 😊

I wish i could do that. Every now and then I refuse to add anymore until I reach a certain amount but that doesn't stop me from buying paperbacks lol.

Do you go to the library? It's the only way I can get books, besides my Kindle.

I haven't as my closest one is really small and doesn't have many books i want to read but my son will be swimming at a new center soon and they have a nice new big library so I was thinking about seeing what books they had.

Well, I'm still in high school, and I don't have a job because of sports, so my income is nonexistent to buy books. I have to rely on the local library. It's in not the greatest building, but oh well.

That's a shame. I must admit most of my books are freebies from Amazon or from kindle Unlimited. don't worry you won't be at school for ever.
