I may be interested in joining a BR for Little Women, if you're still interested? preferably sometime in May?
I'm supposed to be readings to all the boys I love before on May 29 I don't know who my buddy reading
Anna wrote: "I'm supposed to be readings to all the boys I love before on May 29 I don't know who my buddy reading"Did you discuss about that buddy read here?
If so, could you please give me link for the book or at least title and author (I can't find the book from your previous post) and I'll create buddy read thread for you.
Or are you still looking for someone to read with you?
We talked once I think her name is Chelsea but I haven't really talked to her since then so I don't know if we're still on for the 29th so I could use another person reading it just in case you doesn't show

Sorry, but with two already lined up I don't think May will work. But once I eventually read it, I could start a general discussion thread on GR.

Anna wrote: "I would like to join a team"A buddy read?
If you'd like to join a buddy read just go to the thread on the start date and join in. There's no signup involved.
I think you're referring to the Wheel-A-Thon II Team Challenge. That started March 22 and runs for 8 weeks, so I think they're in their last week. They have team challenges fairly regularly and will post when the next sign up is.
Anna it should be in the newsletter. You should get that in your inbox on the top right of your home screen. If you have any questions send a message to one of the mods
Anna wrote: "Where will they post the challenges? And will I be able to join into the next one"
Anna, we are still working on next team challenge. Can't tell you yet for sure when it will start.
Don't worry, you'll know when we are staring sign ups. As Joni said it'll be in newsletter or we'll send group message.
Sign-ups are usually open for week or two and anyone who wants to play can join in.

do you want to read it jjuly the 1st
I'll be able to start it probably around July 1st if that's what you mean. I hope you don't mean have it finished by then! I'm a pretty slow reader.
Does anyone want to have an informal discussion with me about The Temple of the Golden Pavilion - Yukio Mishima? I am about 2/3 of the way through it and there is a lot of Japanese philosophy and thought to it. I would like to get another person's opinion.
Does anyone want to read
with me? I'd like to have someone that offers more conversation than just, "I am enjoying/disliking the book," please.
I'd like to read Cruel Beauty with you, Ivy. I like to actually discuss the book, too. When did you want to start?
Thank you! That's really exciting to me!We can start Friday the 26th, if you'd like? Before or after works as well, my schedule is really flexible.
Hi Emaly and True. :) Welcome to the group.
This thread is a place if you want to read book with someone here. If you already have buddy to read with, just ask for thread (telling us what book and when).
If you are still looking for a buddy, post books you'd like to read here. Someone who's interested to read them with you will join you. :)

Ivy wrote: "Alrighty, Ally! Do you want to read to a certain point or allow full freedom?"I'm good with full freedom, as long we say where we are in the book when we discuss.

Hey Emily I might be interested in reading Ink and Bone. It sounded like a good book. Send me a private message and we can talk about it.

Hey Emily!! I was actually planning on start reading it the 27th, would you be interested in then? It's just a week before August.(:
Looking for a Buddy Read for Red Queen, A Court of Thorns and Roses, The Iron Trial, Dead of Winter or End of Days. Also, for To Kill a Mockingbird, The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, Between Shades of Grey or The Book Thief to get school books out of the way!Private Message me if you're interested in any of them!
Michelle wrote: "Hey Emily!! I was actually planning on start reading it the 27th, would you be interested in then?Unfortunately, I've got another buddy read I'm doing on the 29th and have an in-person book club I need to read for. Sorry!
Kat wrote: "Looking for a Buddy Read for Red Queen, A Court of Thorns and Roses, The Iron Trial, Dead of Winter or End of Days. A..."BTW Red Queen was just done as a BOM so you could still join in now with the last people reading.
A Court of Thorns and Roses was also a BOM>. I missed reading that one so if you'd like to join me on that thread sometime soon we could read together.
