I don't know if this is it, but it's a naughty book and the girl was handcuffed to a guy she didn't like at first. She wasn't a Princess though, only part of a twin and a powerful psychic but I am just throwing this out there:

Any chance it was Sharon Green's Dawn Song or Rebel Prince? The first was more fantasy, where a princess from the moon had to work with maybe, a prince of the sun to retrieve something stolen from their kingdoms. The second reads a little more sci fi, but the protagonist is basically enslaved by her family to a man who she then works together with to overthrow the corrupt government. It's been a long time since I read either, but somehow I feel like one or the other had the two main characters chained together for a period of time.

Do you have any idea of the setting, fantasy, something similar to our world,, scifi/alien, historical wherever?
Or the time-frame was it modern, medieval, Victorian, etc?

Even something like, "I don't read [medieval historicals, for example] type settings/books, so it wouldn't be that" might help narrow things down.

Im thinking it was fantasy. I doubt it was contemporary. It may have been exclusively an indie/self published novel/story...I dont know if its in print but its definitely on the kobo store. I believe it was erotica

This is not erotica (it's YA) and the cover doesn't display a flower but an insect. But the contents (fantasy, chained together) fit.:
