It's up to you. If you've got other stuff, don't worry, just throw in comments to my observations.
I have to listen to this one soon because I have had like 5 romantic suspense books in the last 5 days, so i need a PNR-ish book to mix it up.

I just finished Romeo, Romeo, which I didn't care for, and just have a couple of other reads planned for the week. My son got me sick with a nasty respiratory infection, so all I really want to do is read and check e-mail. I'll add the first one to the mix, that way I can have it count for Paris' Book a Day in September challenge.

Book a day? Oh heck no!

Book a day? Oh heck no!

*chuckles* Then I won't tell you that I have 54 entries on that list! Though to be fair, 21 of them are books I read to my son, which she did say counted. Still, 33 books and counting is nothing to sneeze at! I'm hoping to get 2 more finished by end of day tomorrow!

TV just started, I gotta watch some new shows. The Good wife was good last night. dancing with the stars is a family show with my kiddos. I made them number signs and everything to rate the dances. Books have to take a back seat to good tv

I hear you there! Saturday reading has to be done early due to Cedar Cove running right now. That has been an awesome show so far! My normal shows haven't started up yet, though I did miss the start of Gotham and I think Criminal Minds. I'm waiting for Arrow and The Flash to start next week.

Trea wrote: "Ezi, I just finished my re-read of the first one today. It's short, so was easy to finish. It had been 2 years since I last read it!"
I will start it in the morning but on audio, it will be slower than your re-read

So, Ezi. Passing it on. Can't wait to hear what you think.

Seriously, Samson & Delilah...OMG?
BTW, you were right, that opening line was a shocker, LOL!
I had to rewind it twice. Hehehehe!

I don't know what I was expecting on the first line after the hype but it wasn't that. :-)
Boy, this grumpy bastard needs to, ummm, rise to attention fast. I mean, it is his birthday and all.
Poor little accountant is getting the STripper treatment. LMAO. Samson was like the little vixen was playing hard to get, well I like chasing. LOL

But it worked, the wiley still works, after 9 months.
BTW, I need to know what the hell his ex-fiancee did or said to make him unable to perform for this long

It gets explained further along in the book. I can spoil it for you if you want...

I thought it was kinda funny, like he was poking fun at the stereotypes of both vampires and shrinks!

I did too. And I loved Sampson's reaction to it.

The ex-fiancee, as is quite off the case, is quite a b*tch.

the ex-fiancee thing is baffling. Samson is supposedly very attractive and has a reputation as a good lover (or so the shrink said) so why did she find his touch so repulsive?
I get that Ilona is into the rough play, but I am sure Samson would have been willing to give her what she needed. Still that isn't enough for 9 months of no desire

Some people are just really f*d up and like to spread it around :-) She's one of those. (and I'm not saying that because she likes it rough.)
I just feel like something else is going on with Ilona. I bet they come back to her as the series goes on

That would be interesting....

the next book I believe is Amaury, the one who is sleeping with Ilona.
I remember Samson saying that he was introduced to Ilona. I guess it had always been a set up to get to Samson's money.
I wonder when Amaury started sleeping with Samson's fiancee Ilona

Ok. Now that I finished, I see that Ilona's story ends in this book and Amaury didn't betray Samson.
Wow. Milo and Ilona are some greedy snakes
Wow. Milo and Ilona are some greedy snakes

Nope, Milo is. He's the guy Thomas is seeing.

I'm in a few team challenges over here, but I think I can fit it in closer to the end of the month. I've got a group read of Romancing the Duke coming up on the 27th, but save for that, I could start it whenever. I like the fact that they're on the shorter side of things.
Trea wrote: "I'd say we can start it whenever we want, seeing as how it's a buddy read now and not a monthly read like the Dream Man series is. Speaking of which, will you be reading Law Man wi..."
Well, since you mention it, I will FORCE myself to read book 2. So let me see if book 2 works for me.
I got other BRs, so it we can read Amaury's book next month, that would be great. If not, I will get to it after you read it

Yes. I'm glad Ilona is not coming back. And I look forward to amourys story

I'm not in RRRC anymore...there was an incident and I felt like I was a scapegoat, so I left. I did enjoy some of the challenges over there though and miss it somewhat!
Romance Lovers for the Challenge Impared is the group doing the group read for Romancing the Duke, and I'm sure you'd be welcome to join us if you want!
I'll add Amaury's story to my list for next month!

*grins* I didn't want to leave GR entirely due to the comments and actions of one mod, so I went searching for other groups. RLftCI was the first I found, but after seeing so many of your posts about freebies in my daily GR feeds, I had to come join TCF too! Between these two groups, I'm kept pretty busy reading!

I do the monthly challenge every month, and the Sub-Genre of the month challenges as well. They're pretty fun. The off the wall section is cool as well. Definition of a Good Lover challenge is a year long one, but really makes you think! Gigi does a monthly Favorite Read thread at the end of the month that gives you lots of suggestions for Mt. TBR, but I enjoy seeing what everyone is reading! Tis a good group of folks over there, much like what we have here!

I bought book 2 at audible during that last $4.95 sale, so I have it.
