Fixing Series Numbers

For my Naughty Nookie Series, I've combined all the nine parts into three. But, now, the series numbering is off.
So, Mona needs to be Naughty Nookie #1, Naughty Nookie #2, Naughty Nookie #3. Please could you change that for me?
Also, how can I update the book covers?

We don't combine separate books, even if they are no longer available. If they were published as 1-9 then they need to stay that way.

Add new entries for the new books with new covers, they can be a separate 1-3 series. (Or, if I understand this correctly, they can be 1-3, 4-6, 7-9)

From what I have seen I would do it the 2nd way, that way all the books show up under the same series page.
