If I am enjoying the book, I read the entire book. If it is a book that I really am not getting into, I hate to not know how it ends, so I will generally skim those.
Normally, I do not go to book stores. But when I do, I usually find many books I want to get, so yes, I have to "ban" myself from buying.
I can read if I'm on the interstate. Other than that absolutely not! I have very bad motion sickness as well!
No. But if it is raining, I put the books in a plastic grocery bag to keep them dry (for library pick up and return).

lip gloss. It's a big book bag.
Krystyna wrote: "147. Can you read while riding in a car?"Absolutely! I do not get car sick and have read many books while traveling. Lol, sometimes I make my husband drive so I can read!
Krystyna wrote: "148. Do you carry a book bag? If so, what is in it besides books?"Everything! Books, purse, lunch, papers, sometimes toys for my child.
I carry a bookbag! I have books, papers and pens, hand sanitizer, wallet, and usually wipes for the kiddos!

My purse is big enough to carry a book or two. I keep earbuds in there in case I'm listening to an audiobook. That's about it for bookish things in there.
Richard Flanagan definitely has a unique writing style. I've only read one book by him and it took awhile for me to get into it, but I enjoyed it for the most part.
Currently reading The Royal series by Erin Watt.I need to finish The Beaumont series by Heidi McLaughlin.
I reread many books. Here are a few titles and series I have reread many times.Little Women
The House of Doors
The Eyes of the Dragon
All of the Harry Potter Series, all of the Codex Alera series.
Lol, just to name a few.
I don't like a lot of profanity or sexual content in my books. I believe you can tell a great story without having all of that!!
157. If you see someone reading in public, what do you do? (Look to see what they're reading? Look the book up to see a synopsis/rating? Approach the person and start a conversation? Or do you just go on about your day?)
I usually look to see what they are reading. Also if I haven't heard of the book and the cover looks interesting I will look it up to see the book's synopsis/rating.
I would covertly try to look at the title. If it sounds interesting, I will look it up. I would never approach and start a conversation.
