SOLVED - YA book about competing by being filmed on camera at school [s]

As the title says. I probably didn't like this book because I only remember reading a bit of it, but anyway... What I remember of it is the title and that everyone had ratings they could check all the time, and there was, I think, downtime when they played the previous day's events while everyone slept. Each of the students had to take a pill to sleep. One day, the female protagonist doesn't take the pill and wanders around, goes on the roof while it's raining, and hears some suspicious talk as well as realizes that everyone has... I think needle marks? Also,.I don't think it's a whole school year but a short thing, maybe a week? But I'm unsuresure

The ratings and filming reminds me of 'Extras' by Scott Westerfeld, but it wasn't set in a school.

That all reminds me of the premise of The Vault of Dreamers, which hasn't been released yet.

It's the Vault one. I got an ARC for a blog and forgot it was downloaded on my Kindle book app on my phone. I later thought it was a library book but should have checked. Needless to say, I have to continue reading that!
