How many years ago did you read this? Were there any supernatural aspects to it?Was it part of a series?
about 5 or 6 years ago. It wasn't part of a series and it didn't have any supernatural aspects.

it was like a mental hospital. Her roommate had a thing for fire I think?
This girl is in a group home. She has just been allowed to go back to her old school and then return to the home after school. She gets frisked every time she comes in. She reunites with her old boyfriend. He helps her sneak birth control pills into the group home so they can have sex again.
As the story goes on you finally find out why she is in the group home. When her and her boyfriend first had sex was at a party and they made their relationship official. But there was a catch. If she has sex with him, she must do it with all his friends so they all kind of rape her. After they are done she cuts her wrists on purpose on broken glass really badly.
Meanwhile every night she wanders a dark cave or hallway? in her dreams. They are always empty and once she brought a rock back from her dreams. One day it isn't empty and she makes a friend in the dark.
