But the book was never published - it was a valid ASIN but the book was not issued. Many books which are yet to be published also have valid ASINs but no-one has bought them.

The imprint (riverrun) has now confirmed on Twitter that the book won't be published at all until some time in 2020, so the Kindle edition under that ASIN was never on sale anyway.

This is part of a merge; please see this thread/post for details. I have created the ACE of Edition 6 and added the ISBN from Edition 1; I have separated/combined Editions 1, 2 and 3 into their own work for the merge and deleted Edition 3. Once Edition 1 has been deleted (to complete the merge of Editions 1, 2 & 3), I can recombine the remaining edition back into the main work.
