SOLVED. A kid has to find other kids to help him with some task. Title is "The *something* 11" or maybe another number, but it was similar to that. [s]

I read this book a few years ago. It is relatively new, I know because i was waiting for the sequel. While waiting, I forgot the name and lost the book. I remember the title being "The Amazing 11" or "The Incredible 11" or something along those lines. I vaguely remember the plot. It was something like this kid was taken by aliens and had to find a certain number of other "chosen kids" for some reason i dont remember. One line i remember is one of the alien-like creature referring to the humans as "Sacks of water". I remember the book ended in Australia were he met the first kid that was apart of the group. Help finding this book would be greatly appreciated.

Kym's suggestion of "The Last Thirteen" series by James Phelan seems like a solid guess. The first one in the series is Thirteen and the author is Australian. Are you sure that's not it?
