IMO, nothing. There will be no viruses on Mars with enough genetic similarity to infect us. Leaving aside there is no evidence at all of life, given that animal viruses usually cannot cross over to us because their genetic make-up is too different from us, how could a Martian virus guess the appropriate sequences? We're safe - but not from Covid - 19.
Guilty until proven is my take on things. Man has barely grasped the extent of the universe's size n dimensions. We are probably like cavemen now, not knowing the extent of development in other civilisations.
