SOLVED. YA book... most likely dystopian. poor people live on the outskirts of the city and the rich people live in the middle. there is a corrupt government or something, and the main character is a poor girl that lives on the outskirts. [s]

I don't remember anything other than that and I know I read it at some point probably around 2 or 3 years ago. I'm pretty sure it's an easy read because I read it in 7th or 8th grade. I don't know names or anything... at one point the main girl meets the heir to the government throne thing and doesn't know it is him. I also know that there are rebels and the girl is a spy or something like that. there are parts where the girl is also on a bus or train or something of the sort. if anyone has any idea what this book is please lmk I would be really thankful
