That is exactly how I felt. Poor Tom! It was just a sad situation. Everyone was hurting.

Vaughn | 3843 comments Done. I'm so glad u got through a historical romance. Yay for me.

I'm glad it ended well. The middle was torture with Tom taking so much blame and Isabel not. Glad that Lucy visited.

Sheri and I are suppose to start Behemoth (Leviathan, #2) by Scott Westerfeld tomorrow. Maybe Wednesday or Thursday we could start Angels' Blood (Guild Hunter, #1) by Nalini Singh ?

Sounds good. Do you still want to read Behemoth (Leviathan, #2) by Scott Westerfeld tomorrow?

So did you like this one Vaughn? Historical fiction isn’t really my normal genre, but I did enjoy it.

It was easy at points then rougher at others. I had to keep reminding myself that it's wasn't out country or time frame..I slightly got lost when the got back to the home land and it bounced between Tom and Isabel and Hannah and Frank..took me a minute. Glad I didn't give up on it but I don't think I'll be adding 100 historicals to my list any time soon lol

I guess I'm in the minority but I enjoy Historical Romance. I'm glad I finally crossed it off my TBR.
