Thanks Theresa, it's been fun!
Note, folks, NicoleR confirmed on the new Trim the TBR thread (in answer to a question) that there’s no more movement of lists until the mid year shuffle now that the first number has been called (even for numbers other than #19). We’ve had a great run at pulling together our lists strategically, though (including buddy reading for those who’d like to join in - and thanks so much to Anna and Nancy for helping us get there!) This challenge will be such a lot of fun!

#28 These Is My Words: The Diary of Sarah Agnes Prine, 1881-1901
#31 The Alice Network by Kate Quinn
#35 The Library Book by Susan Orlean
Nicole R wrote: "I do not have a problem with that so long as you do not change your #19. Just a note for everyone, #19 on your list is locked, but I know a few people are still trying to line up some buddy read ..."
Thanks for the clarification Nicole R! Could you please add me to the buddy read lists for:
#8 The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society by Mary Ann Shaffer
#28 These Is My Words: The Diary of Sarah Agnes Prine, 1881-1901
#31 The Alice Network by Kate Quinn
#35 The Library Book by Susan Orlean
Reading with others will really make it fun and more interesting!
Hi Critterbee, the buddy reads portion is not an official part of the challenge so the admins are not actually involved with that, some members have started it up. I honestly do not even know what is going on with it! Lol. Can someone who is involved in the buddy read portion help Critterbee out? I think there is a spreadsheet somewhere?

OK. You're added to the lists.
Oh wait...I am in the buddy reads thread. Crap, I wanted my posts in the general thread about Trim. Darn phone app, I can never tell what thread I am in!

Please make sure to edit your list on your individual message tracking list. The buddy reads spreadsheet is an unofficial effort by helpful members . . .as admins, we need your changes to be here on PBT please!

Yeah, and your are contradicting stuff I told others on the Trim thread - - so I've backtracked over there! I'm staying out of the Q&A portion of the challenges, lol, to avoid further confusion! I agree with your thoughts though.
Anita wrote: "Yeah, and your are contradicting stuff I told others on the Trim thread - - so I've backtracked over there! These holidays are really messing with our communication! lol
Nicole R wrote: "Hi Critterbee, the buddy reads portion is not an official part of the challenge so the admins are not actually involved with that... ..."I don't have an updated excel spreadsheet. I am only updating the summary at the top of this thread, to correct or clarify book titles or add names that weren't previously reported.
NOTE to members:
The purpose of this thread and the summary page (on post #2), was to help people identify others who are interested in discussing the same books. This is an unofficial summary and it is up to you to make sure that you have posted your list on your own reporting thread. Contact the appropriate moderator if you have questions about changing the order of your books or joining the challenge late.

I agree with everything you have said . . .just trying to make sure we are both handing out the same instructions, lol. I misdirected some folks I'm afraid.
The bolded instructions in Nancy's post are very helpful! Thanks, Nancy.
I see as of the last edit that I am missing from #15-Incantation. Also I had met to move Golan and Jinni from 33 to 34 on my list. I understand that it is too late to do that now. Oops.. NancyJ when you get a chance could you update your buddy listing. Thanks for all the work you have put into this. Not an easy thing!
I have the Secret Keeper on my list and now that we can align, I’m pretty sure I’ve seen it a few other times.

OK I added you to 15 Incantation. If you are able to change Golem, let me know to add you to the list. I've been offline for a while and I don't know if the rules on changes have changed.
Amy wrote: "I have the Secret Keeper on my list and now that we can align, I’m pretty sure I’ve seen it a few other times."Amy, I'm not sure what you're asking me.
I can't review all the lists again to find matches (I spent several days on it already). But if you find a specific match, let me know the #, title and people to add to the summary list.

You can add me to the buddy list.
To Amy and others who are looking for new matches...First - Are you aware of other buddy reads that are not on the list in post #2? If so please let me know so I can avoid conflicts.
There are several numbers with no buddy reads at all. So if you want to ADD a BOOK to the list, it should be assigned to one of those numbers to avoid conflicts with other buddy read groups.
If you see that several people are proposing buddy reads while I'm offline, just let me know the Title/Author and people and I'll assign the book a number with no conflicts.
Tip: On your TBR list, it's a good idea to mark the books for which you already have a buddy read so you don't inadvertently change it. I'll try to double check before assigning numbers.
If we do this again next year, I've figured out how we can do it much faster and easier on everyone.
I was just putting it out there in case it appealed to someone. In case somebody said hey that’s me!A few of us have A Piece if the World in slot #2.
To be safe from conflicts, you could put Strange the Dreamer on #30. There are no other buddy reads on 30 (to my knowledge)
There are matches or potential matches forthe Good Daughter
Summer wives
Clockmaker's daughter
Please make a note here if you have this on your list
Others?

Hello Nancy, could you add me to the buddy reads for #3 Beartown, #7 The Cellist of Sarajevo, #8 The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society and #24 Mr. Penumbra's 24-Hour Bookstore
Thank you !!

You're all set.
I did my swaps for July-forward, so you can add me to the buddy read for #27 The Marriage of Opposites , please
Joy D wrote: "I did my swaps for July-forward, so you can add me to the buddy read for #27 The Marriage of Opposites , please"OK. I think I'm on that one too!
Ok - Nancy I’m in for A Piece of the world at #2. I haven’t swapped anything. In fact I think all of those listed did it to match me. My list is alphabetical. I feel some paintings, as I made like 10 books to align with Rachel who has been missing for months. A good quarter to third of our lists matched. We were reading all of the challenges together. She appears to have Disapparated. I know we will all welcome Her with love when she returns. I’m wondering now if the current 30 was one we were sharing?
Amy wrote: "Ok - Nancy I’m in for A Piece of the world at #2. I haven’t swapped anything. In fact I think all of those listed did it to match me. My list is alphabetical. I feel some paintings, as I made like ..."Gotcha. The painting is so moving, I just had to put this on my list.
Barbara and Joanne, I added you to those groups. Wow Beartown could be the largest buddy read ever. I hope #3 comes up,

Meli & I are set on Exit West at #3.
The Bookshop is by Penelope Fitzgerald.
NancyJ - thank you for doing this! Great job! Deserves a prize!
