I'm in for #21 Erotic Stories for Punjabi Widows
NancyJ wrote: "Heba, Joanne, Margie, Cora, Nicole, and Mindy: Does #34 work for everyone for Golem and the Jinni?"34 works for me-I will only be on line a small while longer, as we begin out Christmas Celebration this evening-I wll leave my list as is and try to check back tomorrow-Wens. at the lastest
This is really helpful thank you! Please add me to #6 Women of the silk, #7 Rebeca and #15 Incantation. Also Joanne and I have a buddy read for The Age of Innocence (#1), Sue R and I have a buddy read for Stardust (#3), Olivermagnus and I have a buddy read for The Lost Queen (#12), Kelly has I Was Anastasia at #32 and I'm planning to join her if the randomizor chooses it for her even though I don't have it on my list and finally, AJ and I have a buddy read planned for My Lady Jane which we both have as #32 (Let me know if that doesn't make sense).
OK I think I'm caught up to this point. I haven't had time to reach out of many people individually, so please look at others' lists and try to coordinate with them if you have common books. Thanks!

#22 Hillbilly Elegy - BnB, Oliver
You can add BooknBlues to this one as well.
I have Exit West, so I will change my number to #10! I do not have Between the World, unless that is another Meli.
I commented somewhere that I didn't have Between the World and Me, but I do, so not sure what the hell I was talking about. I am playing catchup on all the activity at PBT after a 3-4 hiatus.
I will change Between the World and Me to #8 to match Hebah.

No problem. Hold off on Exit West, I think that was a mistake. Check Theresa's list to see where she has it.
NancyJ wrote: "Library book needs a number - Margie, Oliver, Kelly, Nj?"I have The Library Book as #2 but can make it any number except 3, 12, 17, or 22.
NancyJ wrote: "Heba, Joanne, Margie, Cora, Nicole, and Mindy: Does #34 work for everyone for Golem and the Jinni?"Yep! Swapped mine out to match up.

BnB was my abbreviation for BooknBlues, and B.C. was for you. :)

Thanks.
I've got Beartown at #3, A piece of the world at #2, The Boston girl at #8, and Next year in Havana at #33.
Diana S wrote: "I've got Beartown at #3, A piece of the world at #2, The Boston girl at #8, and Next year in Havana at #33."OK thanks.

Please check post #2 to see if this works for you. I'm in the process of finding numbers for the books with the most people.

Perfect
Please post your changes or potential changes here so I can update the list. There may be other people who selected the book that you're not aware of yet.
Nancy-I Switched my #'s 11 and 12 so that Heba and I now match at #12 for Homegoing. Also Stardust is no longer on my "36" I had to drop to fit Golem-

OK thanks.
Well, Lies of Locke Lamora was on my almost list for my 36, but seeing that there's a buddy read for it, I put it in at #20.
Hebah wrote: "Well, Lies of Locke Lamora was on my almost list for my 36, but seeing that there's a buddy read for it, I put it in at #20."I did that with quite a few too. I sometimes kept an author, but switched to a different book for that reason.
----------------------------
I should mention to everyone that it's perfectly OK to opt out of the buddy reads and coordination process. If you want to keep your list just how it is, just let me know or put a note on your thread that your list is finalized.
I'm so jealous of all of you reading The Golem and Jinni! I loved that book and am anxiously awaiting a proposed sequel.
Hebah wrote: "Well, Lies of Locke Lamora was on my almost list for my 36, but seeing that there's a buddy read for it, I put it in at #20."I'm on that one too. Plus These is My Words and Marriage of Opposites. Just hoping the numbers are picked by the randomizer.
Barbara wrote: "I'm so jealous of all of you reading The Golem and Jinni! I loved that book and am anxiously awaiting a proposed sequel."I wasn't sure, so I'm glad to see the enthusiasm for it!
OK, Please add me to The Boston Girl (#8) and From Sand and Ash (#11) I actually own FSAA as an e-book! I usually have to stress about getting the book from the library on time. :-)
I've updated mine to be part of:#1 The Age of Innocence
#15 Incantation
#35 The Library Book
Joi and I both have The Time Traveler's Wife at #26
I've looked through my list a couple of times this morning and I'm super happy and excited about it.
My Language of Flowers is a different author so I'm out of this one. (I initially thought it was a match too!)
I am in for The Cellist of Sarajevo at #7 with Barbara if it gets selected!
I am in for The Cellist of Sarajevo at #7 with Barbara if it gets selected!
I have A Gentleman in Moscow slotted at #11 if anyone would like to join me. I see it on the list but no number and no associated readers. Linda / Theresa - If you're interested, I can move Rules of Civility around, just let me know!
Ellen - I can do the same for A Prayer for Owen Meany if you'd like to buddy on that one :)
NancyJ wrote: "Heba, Joanne, Margie, Cora, Nicole, and Mindy: Does #34 work for everyone for Golem and the Jinni?" OK, will move Golem and the Jinni to #34! Thanks NancyJ
Jenny wrote: "Joi and I have And Then There Were None at #1 as well :-)"I didn't add this to my list (because I might read it sooner) and might join you guys if I haven't read it when (if) the number is picked.

in my library of owned books for a long time and I have avoided it-I am really hoping the number will come up!

I remember when I read The Time Traveler's Wife. I kept waking up to read "just a little bit more" and it was done by breakfast.
AJ wrote: "I moved Before I Fall on my list to number 2. My Lies of Locke Lamora is also on 20."The title on #2 is Before the Fall. Can you check with the others to see if they're all looking at the same book? I'll check the spreadsheet in the meantime.
.. There were all Before The fall, not Before I fall.
Joanne wrote: "Oh great Charlotte-I have hadThe Age of Innocencein my library of owned books for a long time and I have avoided it-I am really hoping the number will come up!"
It's part of the Amazon's 100 books to read in a lifetime list that I've been working on and I downloaded it to my Kindle FOREVER ago. I've just had no motivation to read it! lol

Jenny, it looks like the book with your author (Kirkby) is a companion dictionary to My Language of Flowers, and Diffenbaugh is a co-author. I think you might want to read the original novel by Diffenbaugh first. Just my opinion. I'm a little biased because it's one of my favorites. I would have liked to have the dictionary handy though when I read it the novel.

Hi Nicole, sorry I was in the middle of changing that when I was interrupted earlier today. I'm interested in reading Gentleman in Moscow. I'll check our lists. - #11 is good for me too.
Hi everyone, I noticed on Annapi's spreadsheet that 5 people had selected Woman in the Window. If you're interested in a buddy read for that one, #32 was a safe switch for everyone (for those I knew about I mean). The entire list is in post #2, and I also noted several additional books that had 2 or 3 people. I noted their names and current slots so you can decide if you want to check.
