I have not read or checked in here nearly as much as I'd hoped. I think it's just been too crazy with the holidays & with my husband being sick. I haven't even had a chance to read two of the days, & I only read an additional 47 pages yesterday. (hanging head in shame) I'm sorry if I've been the slacker on the team. I was all gung-ho for the last read-a-thon. I'm hoping to get more reading in tonight, but it's not looking like it will be a big read.

You need to take care of you and yours. Holidays can be ridiculously stressful, and to have sickness on top of it? It isn't like we're saving the planet from aliens. Take care.

I did not read anywhere near as much as I expected to today, but I at least officially finished off my ATY challenge!!

I read the remaining 77 pages of Want to Go Private?, which was my last book for ATY, and 240 pages of The Coincidence of Coconut Cake. I was hoping to either finish that book off, or read at least one graphic novel today but I just didn't have the time.

I am glad I wasn't the only one that had a busy weekend and couldn't get as much reading in as planned. I know I did the game for the 30th and I read another 103 pages of No Exit. We will see what happens today.

I want to say Happy New Year as I know it is already starting around the world.

Here is my update from today and yesterday evening:
- Finished two more picture books (Leo: A Ghost Story and Slapsefjell)
- Finished Vinternoveller/(Winter Stories)

Total pages read are now 886, with 4 books completed, all which count for the AtY challenge. And with that I finally finished my AtY challenge as well, yay!

I have finished No Exit, which is my 4th and last book for this read a thon. It adds 131 pages to my total. I believe all the categories it would cover are already completed since this team is awesome.

I had a lovely vacation, but it went so fast, seems like it just started before it was over. Back to work tomorrow, where we now enter a busy period with quarterly reporting. Hope you had nice holiday as well 😊

I read 120 pages of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone today, and really enjoyed feeling less rushed to push through a book now that it's a new year of challenges. I also finished off the last couple of games that I hadn't done yet.
