As I understand it:

41 climate fiction- something like Day After Tomorrow, when the climate is a major part of the story, if not the driving force behind it.
42. Just like it sounds. Google the term, there are books like that. Not trying to be unhelpful, just not sure how to explain it any better.

Tension, apprehension, and dissension has begun. I recognized when I read it, asked around, and everyone I read it to, while they couldn't identify the book, knew the phrase.

*shrugs* It's also the name of a sci fi blog I found while researching the issue. Maybe I run with a more sci fi/nerd crew than many.
