Never Hit the Stage - 2019
Duration: January 1, 2019 - December 31, 2019

Progress: 10 out of 10

For one reason or another, there are just some books that will never be made into a movie, television show, or play. It could be because the author will never sell the rights to a studio, or the book is the 10th book in a series and the viewing market is saturated with the story. Another reason could be that no matter how famous the book (here's looking at you The Catcher in the Rye), sometimes turning the pages into a screenplay proves just too difficult.

For this challenge, you will read as many books as you can that have not been turned into movies, television shows, or stage plays.

This Never Hit the Stage Challenge is just the opposite: books that have never been adapted to other performance media.
