Actually I had not checked your spreadsheet recently and was asking for myself (I have a lot of books about Indian and Pakistani peoples). I found a different book that’s more explicit, but which is not as exciting to me as some of the Indian ones.
Sorry if you felt is was directed at you. My previous comment never mentioned anything about any another player, as opposed to the thing about the Rapunzel book.

Sorry, I assumed since I below Rina that you were referring to mine. I enjoyed my book but if it has to be explicit, "Sikhs do not cut hair" versus turban, long beard and being an observant Sikh than it will not work. Thank you for your response.

Aw damn, that looks good! Thanks! But I don’t want to read a series out of sequence. I found Starfish for this task and have it out from the library now, but the 3.34 star rating makes me wary.

No problem. Just catching up with stuff and thought I would ask. : )

any of these dictionary definitions are fine:
reunion
/riːˈjuːnjən,riːˈjuːnɪən/
noun
an instance of two or more people coming together again after a period of separation.
"she had a tearful reunion with her parents"
a social gathering attended by members of a group of people who have not seen each other for some time.
"a school reunion"
the action of being brought together again as a unified whole.
"the reunion of East and West Germany"

You can just put the approx. location (time wise) of the audiobook. :)

Thanks!

I think using Lexi's example, it does not need to explicitly state "Sikhs do not cut hair". If the character is (using her words here!) described as turban, long beard and being an observant Sikh, then I think that is ok to count. Because we know that if he has a turban and a beard and is a Sikh then he is not cutting his hair.
Whereas if it was a character described as a Sikh, but he wasn't described as wearing a turban or having a beard it would be more questionable (as according to google, more than half of Sikh's now cut their hair)

Thank you, Karen. I updated my note accordingly.
What's the rule with re-reads/ Also, are plays allowed?
My internet is down (I’m on my phone) but I’m ok to give everyone the whole of the 28th. So until
Midnight on the 28th Sydney time. That gives you about 28.5 hours

I can't wait for fall and winter here, I've had enough of summer

and here I was thinking Canadian spring started in May, just before their summer in June and maybe July before it started snowing again! ;-P

hahahaha! Yeah, I've heard of that in Kenya, when UK tourists are in shorts and strappy vests and the locals are in winter jumpers!

However: my German cousin felt really cold here in Brazil, more than in Germany. Why? We don't have central heating here, which means that inside is usually colder than outside in winter

Shoot that's about time to pull out the shorts here.

Is that both to finish reading and update the spreadsheet, or does the reading need to be done earlier at the regular 8am Australia time?

Did you mean midnight on the 1st (which would be the whole of the 28th)?

I have a Rebekka - will this work as a minor spelling variation?
Countdown is here:

This is the time for when you need to have all your reading done AND spreadsheets up to date.

(On 12/31 and 1/31, the countdown ended here in the afternoon, I think 4pm)
Sorry I’m in a rush this morning (now on the train). I’ve edited so you get the whole of the 1st March, Sydney time. And that’s to finish books and update the spreadsheet

According to this, I don't think it would fit.

Again, like Rina. That was my book. It is a physical book that I have already returned to the library. It talks about being an observant Sikh, but I do not have the quote. I can remove it if you care that much but for GR being a kind environment, I am replying because I find your comment more aggressive than actually inquisitive, but tone can be hard when typing.
