19 - a book told from multiple POVs
I just finished The Book of Unknown Americans and I felt the different POVs contributed to the story in a beautiful way.
Keri wrote: "Which new book by Susanna Kersley would work?"Her newest is Bellewether and I definitely recommend it to anyone who is a fan of hers.
The books I'm debating between for this category are:To the Lighthouse by Virginia Woolf
The Waves by Virginia Woolf
Specimen Days by Michael Cunningham (who also wrote the more famous book The Hours with the same multiple-POV approach, but they didn't have that at my local bookstore during its going-out-of-business sale and they did have this)
One of Us Is Lying would work for this prompt. It is told through the POV of all four characters. I read it last year for the challenge and it was really good!
One of my favorite (great on audio too!) is All Involved. It's about the L.A. Riots, and it's so good.
Attachments is another Rainbow Rowell with multiple POVs.EDIT: Disregard this -- turns out there's just one POV...
Any book from Liane Moriarty and any book in George R.R. Martin Songof Ice & Fire seriesAlso
Into the Water
Homegoing
Small Great Things
Lilac Girls
Tomorrow There Will Be Apricots
This one seems hard to track down, especially since the list I found seems to be incredibly inaccurate. I may just wait and fill this one with the first one I notice fits while reading next year.
The Poisonwood Bible fits here and is excellent. I also loved The Smell of Other People's HousesI also agree with Eleanor & Park and One of Us Is Lying
A Tale for the Time Being. One chapter is a diary entry and the next is about the person reading the diary.
A few books that come to mind are:All the Bright Places
Cloud Atlas
Kafka on the Shore
and almost all novels by Matt Ruff, if you're looking for a quirky read.

Yay! I have that one on my shelf already!

Yay! I have..."
It's one of my favorite of hers. Actually, I just realized it would probably fit for ghost story as well.
Wonder Valley is excellent. If you like literary-ish mysteries, Fiona Barton's novels are told from multiple POVs.
Samantha wrote: "All The Ugly and Wonderful Things would work for this. The story told from multiple POVs"Excellent book. One of, If not my favorite, from last year!
I have Homegoing sitting on my shelf. I didn't realize it would fit here.
All 4 books from The 100 series by Kass Morgan fit this category! *Yes these are the books the Netflix show is based on BUT the books are different than the show so be warned! My favourite character of the series, Glass, doesn't even exist on the show *facepalms*Day 21
Homecoming
Rebellion
I love this prompt! Multiple POV books are so fun!I may read the Fatemarked series for this one! I believe there are 5 POVs. I've read the first 2, so I may either reread or move on the next book.
I recently read Wonder and The Sun Is Also a Star and loved them. The sun is also a star also takes place on one day so would fit two promps.
I will definitely recommend What If It's Us by Becky Albertalli and Adam Silvera for this prompt! Such a great book told from the perspective of two guys, Ben and Arthur
One I read last year which would fit is The Moonstone by Wilkie Collins. Good if you like classics and/or slightly ridiculous heists. I also second Homegoing and A Tale for the Time Being, both of which have really stayed with me after reading. All the Light We Cannot See is also an entertaining read.
Some of the David Eddings books work for this one, I forget their names but I am pretty sure it's the last two books in both the Belgariad and the Malloreon series
Alyssa wrote: "Six of Crows!!! All 6 characters POV are told. The hype is real with this one."Yes! Just finished this and hope to read the sequel for the challenge in January (if I can wait that long). If not, I'll get to finishing ASoIaF.
This year I finished the Lunar Chronicles and the Strange the Dreamer duology, both of which I'd recommend and have multiple POVs.
I read Everything Here Is Beautiful this year and would definitely suggest it for this prompt. Its a fiction novel but it looks at how psychiatric disorders affect the individual and their family members. So good.
Most of Kate Morton's books are multiple POV, I think - I finished The Distant Hours last year and enjoyed it. I've already read The Secret Keeper and can recommend it. Into the Water has many POV - I listened to it last year, and had to pay very close attention to it.
I'm going to read People Kill People, a YA book by Ellen Hopkins that has 6 different narrators mostly in verse form, talking about why people pick up and/or use guns. Timely and frightening.
Other rec's:
Everything I Never Told You
The Two-Family House
Small Island
The Nightingale (at least the 2 sisters, as I remember?)
Wonder
Salt to the Sea is told from multiple POV. I really liked the audiobook, with a different narrator reading each character.
Milena wrote: "Salt to the Sea is told from multiple POV. I really liked the audiobook, with a different narrator reading each character."Oh yes, good one! This book is fantastic!
Most fantasy books these days would count, I guess. I might choose from Rebel Spring, An Ember in the Ashes, Carry On, A Darker Shade of Magic, Obsidio, Children of Blood and Bone, The City of Brass, The Final Empire ..... :)
If anyone is planning to read The Knife of Never Letting Go for the book becoming a movie prompt, I believe the next book in the trilogy The Ask and the Answer is told from more than one POV.
