I've had it in my audible account since it was released. I kept putting it off though since it's pretty long. This fright fall readathon gave me a good excuse to read it now.

I've had it that long too!!! lol. I'm listening to Revival, then I've got Cujo lined up for Dewey's, so hopefully I can start Locke & Key mid next week and then end my audio-listening with Elevation which comes out Oct 30!

I haven't touched any of his thick ones though! Soon enough I'll only have those left and will only read 2 books for the month! lol Different Seasons is the longest one I've read this October so far, ebook was almost 700 pages. I *might* get to Wizard and Glass which is 700 pages in the MMP I won but we'll see. I'm on my 5th audiobook!

Kelley (shewolf0316) | 54 comments Three more completed since my last update:
Dread Nation (Dread Nation, #1) by Justina Ireland in audio in the car
The Fireman by Joe Hill in audio on my phone
Out-of-This-World Marriage by Maggie Shayne in print
The Maggie Shayne isn't quite a true fright fall book, but it is a paranormal and has a few darker moments, and I finished it over the weekend during Dewey, so I'm counting it. :-)

Currently reading:
Roses of May (The Collector, #2) by Dot Hutchison on my Kindle - will be finished today
King's Cage (Red Queen, #3) by Victoria Aveyard - in audio
NOS4A2 by Joe Hill - in audio

I should manage to get all of the current reads, and at least one more done before end of the month. I listen to audio books almost non-stop, all day long. :-)

well those books ARE pretty long! And intense. I don't blame you for not doing them back to back.

Diana | 54 comments Michelle wrote: "You are all doing so great! I wish I could say the same for myself. lol"

As long as you find one story you've enjoyed this month, you've done great. (I've been giving a lot of low rating so that might be my new motto.)
I've kind of surprised myself with how much I've managed to read. And I probably just jinxed myself by saying that.

message 72: by Diana (new)

Diana | 54 comments Finished:
The Coldest Girl in Coldtown by Holly Black What Would Cleopatra Do? Life Lessons from 50 of History's Most Extraordinary Women by Elizabeth Foley

Reading:
The Dead and Buried by Kim Harrington

I don't know why I've really been going for the paranormal this month. (Theme of the readathon, aside.)

Truth! I've just accepted the fact that with the way my life is currently, I just can't read as much as others do. Someday... :)

Are you going to move right in to Wizard and Glass, or are you going to take a break from Dark Tower and King for a while?
