Sorry, my bad.
Thank you Marcos. I'll mind that from the next time.
In that case, I nominate Papillon by Henri Charrière
Jemma wrote: "I nominate The Man in the High Castle by Philip K. Dick."I will second anything by PKD. And this one is my second favorite of his. I'd love to read it again.
I second everything mentioned so far: Swann's Way, 1984, The Man in the High Castle, Angle of Repose, Stone, Papillon, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, Anna Karenina and Of Mice and Men.
I second The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and Anna Karenina. Then, I'll nominate Tender Is the Night.

Books that qualify for this category:
1. Must have a publication date 1969 or before. For newer books, please make your suggestion on the Modern Classic/Popular Reads thread.
2. Have not been previously ready by this group. Previously read books can be nominated in the Bookshelf Catchup thread. See the groups bookshelf for previously read book.
3. Be reasonably well-read to fit the "Everyone Has Read This but Me" claim. Use the number of ratings as a guideline with more than 50,000 ratings as a rule of thumb.
Not a hard and fast rule, but please try to limit your nominations to one book per category. But please do second any that interest you! The number of seconds determine poll inclusion
Nominations end Midnight PDT September 19.
