SOLVED. YA Supernatural Book where she helps souls get to the archive. [s]

Her grandfather was a keeper of the souls I believe. Her family opened a cafe in their new apartment building and she has the ability to unlock the other realm with her key that she keeps. She helps souls get into the archive. They can get violent, however. Especially if they stay too long in that realm. Her little brother died and she has a special ability where if she holds an object of the person or touches walls, she can see the past. For example, she was looking into a murder in the building if I recall correctly. I read this book in 2016-2017; somewhere around there. It’s been driving me crazy.
