What are you reading in June?
Not a problem, Paulette. Auto-correct gets us all at one point or another.
To add the covers:
1. Click "add book/author" above the comment box.
2. Click the circle beside "cover" at the bottom of the pop-up box.
3. In the search box, type in the title you want to look for, then click "search."
4. When the list of books comes up, click "add" next to the one that you want to put in your comment.
It will look like this (without the space in "bookcover"):
[book cover:Counted With the Stars|25822042]
When you click "preview" or "post," it will look like this:
Let us know if you need help with anything else. We're happy to help.

Paulette wrote: "I'm currently reading the absorbing novel The Enoch Effect by Rick Acker (I don't know God to get the book cover to show up here in my comment) 🤔"Paulette if you look to the top of the comment box you will see add book/author.
- you then type in the name of the book and down on your lower left you will see two dots that you can click on if you click on the cover dot you will get the cover of the book, otherwise the other one is the link which just gives you the title.-The Enoch Effect after you choose you need to press add. You can also list the author as another option as well-Rick Acker( either the name or the photo or both :)
. :) Hope that helps.

Paulette wrote: "...(I don't know God to get the book cover to show up here in my comment) 🤔"Millions of people here who don't know God are able to get book covers to show up. 😄. If you're on mobile view of the website or on the app, you can't do it, but you can do it in desktop view. Also, messages can be edited in desktop view, which comes in very handy for messages that have been autocorrected. However, we do get some laughs from those autocorrections.

I had a glomus tumor removed from inside my head and so am about 24 books behind on my 2018 reading challenge. so usuallyreview every book I read, but did no reviews till a couple days ago.Right now I want to clean up my currently reading list-- I lost all the books on my Kindle so and moved from SD to FL in late Oct to recover from a horrible knee replacement. Got outta town 2 days before the first snow.
Right now I am focusing on:
The Fire and the Gold by Phyllis Whitney
S is for Silence and V is for Vengence by Sue Grafton

For most of the Kindle books that I buy, I wait until I think I'll read them soon to download them to a device. I found out that once a device hits a certain amount of books downloaded to it, it starts to slow down. Slow page turns irritate me.

Do you need any good recommendations for novellas and short stories to get caught up on that reading goal? I know some good ones!
Read Books 2 & 3 of Dana Pettrey’s Chesapeake Valor series. Like it. Her plots are packed with action! I am caught up until the new one is published.
Linda, mark yourself as a survivor of a traumatic surgery. What a challenge that had to have been; just take care of yourself, FIRST
Nancy, is that series different from the one that has been on hallmark tv the last few years; as a series?
Carolyn, the Chesapeake Shores show you're talking about is based off the books by Sheryll Woods. I think they're general market, though I haven't yet read one to find out for myself.
Yes, Sherryl Woods writes general market romance. I think it's cleaner than some but it isn't squeaky at all. I have flipped through a few of hers. A lot of people who read Debbie Macomber read hers as well.
