Miss Landon and Aubranael by Charlotte E. English. The book is set entirely in 1811, listed on GR main page (before 1900 required). The number of pages is 242 (at least 200 required).
Option 3: My Tomorrow, Your Yesterday by Jason Ayres. Genre Science Fiction > Time Travel is listed on GR main page. The number of pages is 222 (at least 200 required).

Neither book appears on Meg's read list. I used both the compare shelves and individual searches on titles to check.
