Hey Romanticbookworm,
I've been a bum this month. Reading Fire&Ice right now & am enjoying it a lot. There were so many others on the list you gave me that I wanted to read too. Been in kind of a slump where if I assign myself to read something that is now the book I can't compel myself to read. Does this ever happen to you?

message 152: by Michaele (new)

Michaele | 6540 comments Sarah - I've finished 4 of your picks so far and hope to finish a couple more before the month is up.

Sweet Little Lies (Heartbreaker Bay, #1) by Jill Shalvis , Irresistible You (Chicago Rebels, #1) by Kate Meader , Nowhere But Here (Thunder Road, #1) by Katie McGarry , Save a Truck, Ride a Redneck (Southern Eclectic, #0.5) by Molly Harper

All of them are the start of series and I plan on reading more I've already started the second in the Chicago Rebels series - so great picks!

Sonja (sonjac) | 1364 comments HI all! Omg I'm buried in birthday party planning and getting annoyed that I don't have time to read!

I've finally finished 1 recommendation, Elke!
Some Girls Bite (Chicagoland Vampires #1) by Chloe Neill 3 stars It wasn't quite my fave cuz I wasn't a fan of the hero, but I did really like the premise, the story and most of the characters! TY for the recommendation!

I'm onto
Sprinkle with Murder (Cupcake Bakery Mystery, #1) by Jenn McKinlay and Sweet Little Lies (Heartbreaker Bay, #1) by Jill Shalvis .
Then hopefully I'll get to what I've been referring to as the Hottie Trio next week:
Run the Risk (Love Undercover, #1) by Lori Foster , Shacking Up (Shacking Up, #1) by Helena Hunting , Forgotten Sins (Sin Brothers, #1) by Rebecca Zanetti ! LOL!

Alexa (psreadthisbook) | 313 comments Hello Carmen. I finished another recomendation today.

Axel (Corps Security, #1) by Harper Sloan - 4 stars. I enjoyed the story quite a bit. But the hero was pretty unlikable for awhile there. He really let his anger cloud his judgement. They could have worked things out a lot faster had he not been so hard headed.

Books Read this month:
Robby Riverton Mail Order Bride by Eli Easton Axel (Corps Security, #1) by Harper Sloan

Hazel (x1f4d6hx1f4d6) | 2965 comments 6th and final book for this month My Creative Billionaire 1 by Ali Parker Read 29 June. This was a 2.5⭐️ Read. It started really slow then just when it got going to be continued... As it’s the first part of a story I expected a cliff hanger but this just stopped. Lol I will be reading the next one though. Thanks Fran for great pics this month all the others are on my TBR list 😀

Sonja (sonjac) | 1364 comments Hi Elke!
I did a crummy job with my PIFM list this month.. most all of them are added to July reading as I just did not have the time I thought I would, and a few weren't in my library on time!
I did finish
Some Girls Bite (Chicagoland Vampires #1) by Chloe Neill
and I started last night:
Cream of the Crop (Hudson Valley, #2) by Alice Clayton !
So it'll likely be 2 for me!

Had to wait on Sprinkled and the boys...
Sprinkle with Murder (Cupcake Bakery Mystery, #1) by Jenn McKinlay Run the Risk (Love Undercover, #1) by Lori Foster , Shacking Up (Shacking Up, #1) by Helena Hunting , Forgotten Sins (Sin Brothers, #1) by Rebecca Zanetti and just got Pucked (Pucked, #1) by Helena Hunting and The Matchmaker's Playbook (Wingmen Inc., #1) by Rachel Van Dyken in from my library!!

Thank you SO MUCH for all your awesome picks and I hope to get them caught up in July!

Courtney | 328 comments As I said, I already finished (and loved) The Sun Is Also a Star The Sun Is Also a Star by Nicola Yoon by Nicola Yoon

I was able to get the audiobook for Shacking Up Shacking Up (Shacking Up, #1) by Helena Hunting by Helena Hunting via Overdrive. The burlesque portion of the book felt kind of leftfield but I also love burlesque, so that part made it worth the read.

I also just got the audiobook Dirty Dirty (Dive Bar, #1) by Kylie Scott by Kylie Scott which is starting off very well with surprisingly clever dialogue with a dash of fashion. Always good. Hope to read some more.

message 176: by Courtney (new)

Courtney | 328 comments Though I ordered it in June, I just got the audio book for Hot and Badgered (Honey Badger Chronicles, #1) by Shelly Laurenston this month. Just now finished it. Charlie, Max, and Stevie are hilarious. Sound like some girls I'd like to hang out with.
