SOS BookShelf Bingo R16 Stats 7 Mar 2018 - ?
This'll be an easy shelf haha.I've already picked Acowar for my Free Space so I'll pick something else for this one.
Immortal Selection
Task: Immortals shelf
How it fits: Immortal shelf
So I'm waiting on both of the books for this one as audio. I can't get any more behind than this right?
Completion PostShelf #1 ~ Futuristic Romance
Book: Red Rising
Author: Pierce Brown
Read: 3/16/18
Pages: 400
Rated: 4 stars
What a surprise! Pierce Brown is a fantastic author. By all rites this book should of been a DNF for me. It is not my favorite genre. The book is Hunger games on Mars, but much more. I kept reading!!! There were numerous physical fights, not something I usually read.....but yet I kept reading. Somehow , I became invested in the characters and what was happening. I did not have to force myself to read this book. I can only think that Mr. Brown is a master!!! I will definitely read the next book.
Book: The Trouble with Twelfth Grave by Darynda Jones
Pages: 289
Shelf: Free Space
Read: 3.17.18
Rating: ★★★★
Review:
I'm going to keep this spoiler free, because it is the 12th book in a series. I gave this book 4 stars because I love this series, and while I didn't really love this book as much as the others, I still think Darynda Jones has a way with shocking her readers. There were definitely things I did not expect, but there are still so many questions to be answered! I really don't know how she will wrap up the whole series in the next book! The ending was a big cliffhanger, and I'm really intrigued and excited about the next book! I really can't see how this will end.
I have edited my Free Space Selection, here's the edit, and I also edited the initial post.Free Space Edit
How it fits: On the YA Fantasy List
Pages: 208
I'll just get it done much sooner than Acowar and I can't get behind any more. How long until shelf call?
I'm going to pause my current audio to listen to my Free Space so I don't get kicked out because I'm already 3 books selected and none read yet.
Okay so I've gotta have my Free Space done in 19 hours. I'll have that done by then. It's a shorty. And I also plan to finish Acowar by the end of the month. I'll also get into my futuristic romance on audio after my free space.

I have liked every book I've read from this series. I found the beginning to be a little rushed, but it makes sense at the end, because of Kaderin's hesitancy with Sebastian. I find Cole's mythology to be very intriguing and I like that there are creatures/beings that you normally wouldn't find in PNR. I appreciate the details, and how fleshed out the characters are. If you haven't read this series I highly recommend it, I've already ordered the next four off of PaperbackSwap.
Guys my reading is so terrible lately :/ I really can't even finish off Acomaf, let alone get to Acowar :/ I'm going to change that again at some point.
I'll finish my current audio tomorrow and get started on Last Kiss Goodnight (futurustic romance). Am I still able to change Immortals again?
I am afraid I will have to add The Alchemyst to my DNF shelf. I have been trying to slog through it but I cant seem to get it done. Instead I choose First Grave on the Right. Sorry guys

Review:
I have not seen the movie so I don't know how the two compare. However, I really liked the concept and I do enjoy Gayle Forman's writing. This isn't the first book, and won't be the last I've read by her. I also don't think it's the best one I've read. It is a very simple book, very easy to read. It is emotional, and I think that's what pushed me to rating it 4 stars instead of 3. I have the next book and will read it, so I do enjoy the characters.
