I think it would be a good blank. Since we have B’a and T’s. Also, we can always switch it out later if needed.

@Maria, is it a buddy read? We need to try to maximize points, so if the page count is already low and it is not a buddy read, then Yes, I say Blank it!
Alright girls, I just posted a couple of reviews, Yay!These are the books I've got coming up:
@Sharon, since you are reading King's Cage with me and we only need 1 K, one of us should put it under another edition. I suggest the P one. Likewise for the Girl with all the Gifts, one of us should put our review under the V edition. I think I have another G coming up in the middle of the month, but the V I have planned doesn't have any other editions, so we are stuck with it even though it is only 300+ pages. (We need 2 V's total) And for Ready Player One, one of us should put it under the B version. I have a J coming up next week with no other editions and it has a 400+ page count so it is decent, so let's not pick the Jugador version of that book. Sound good?
I'll put Scythe under the D version too, since it is 500+ pages and D's have more points than S's. We don't have many D's planned either.Everything else, we are kind of stuck with the english versions.
I will put my BRs under different editions you can put them for K, G and etc. I’m fine with that.
Also, my sweet Series BR can work for the vowels so we got more vowels now.

Are the points for the letters when buddy read doubled?
No the page points are doubled, then the letter points are added to that total.

My solution to this problem is to split Team Spinach up, with Aly and Rebecca moving to Team Sausage, and Jamie and Meaghan moving to Team Soap.
I did have a look, and I can transfer people across with only having to change one review to a different letter. Each team is going to have to have a chat though, and rearrange letters etc. which might be a little annoying for you. I do think this is the best way forward though, and I also feel that this will make the three remaining teams more competative.
I will be sorting this out now, so here goes...

So I have a simple alternate letter spreadsheet that shows our books (I added all books done, feel free to add books you are reading, or plan to read soon). This is so when we need to move things around we can easily to fit all the books in. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...
Although I did wonder about using The Bookshop on the Corner - Joi reviewed as a blank.
If there are any strategies (or a different spreadsheet besides the progress thread) that you have, please let me know. I have 1 book to add but figured before I do I would check here.
I have several BRs planned this month, with the ones for this week on the spreadsheet above (as either reading or planned to read)

Ok, I updated mine. I also added a column for BR's. I thought it would be helpful to know since we get double points for those. They should take priority over non-Br's, yes?
I am actually done with Scythe. I guess I need to know which letter to put it under. It has a 500 page edition, so that's decent. Should I put it under D to take advantage? Or should I put it under O since it looks like we are going to be tight on them and have plenty of D choices?

Alright, got mine up, changed letters to make it work, using the next highest value, also changed the black to a 3 pt letter. So that should be another 10 points in all there. :)
Hello Jamie and Meaghan! Happy to have you in our team :DThis are the book currently reading (all are BR) and Jamie can put them in her spreadsheet (or I can do it, maybe...)
It should be open to everyone so we can add our books each :) But I will also try to make sure it is up to date periodically if needed
I will be done with a G and N tomorrow, they must go under those letters as there are no alternatives.
I should finish Sweet Reckoning today, and Sweet Temptation tomorrow. I have the next 4 days off from work, so that will get me back into reading.

I'm currently reading like, 4 books and its not working out haha. So I'm going to try and focus on one at a time to finish them. I need to read Dread Nation for school, so I'll add that to the spreadsheet and hopefully get that finished today!

It is usually nicer to just focus on one! :D
I usually have 3 going at a time: 1 audiobook in the car (which I've finally figured out that 1.25 speed is the best and gets through just the tiniest bit faster), 1 book on my kindle via iPad (so I can read in the dark while my husband is sleeping), and one regular book that I carry around with me to my kid's activities (so I don't actually have to interact with any real people).

It looks like we are going to need some I's and some N's, so keep your eyes open for books to fill those letters. I know the Iron Gold BR started yesterday, and later in the month I have Ink Mage, in case anyone is interested in joining those. Christine has the Iron Trial and Ignite Me coming up too.
I usually have 3-4 books going at a time. An audiobook, a book on my kindle for at night, and 1-2 print books
