Where is the list? I’m probably looking in the wrong place:-(
Emily wrote: "The book list is message 53 and the list of shelves we need read is message 69!"Thank you!
Hi Tracy, I was just looking at the Message 53 list you have going. I'm not sure how the book 'This Twisted Earth' ended up listed under my name- I've never heard of that book, and it actually doesn't have any shelves at all (only 6 reviews, even). I think that should have been 'Twist of Faith' originally, which you have listed at the end of my group. I don't know if you want to keep the "Own" tag for 'Twist of Faith,' or move it back to "Favorite". If 'This Twisted Earth' could fit, I'd totally read it, but it won't help us in this challenge unfortunately.
Finished The Plot to Kill HitlerNot sure what book I will start next.
On a side note, I changed my name to Kathy Jo to distinguish me from the other Kathy in the ATY group.
Feel better, Tracy! I meant to update yesterday but my son's been really fussy with teething. I finished Dark Matter. I'm about 2/3 done with Another Day in the Death of America: A Chronicle of Ten Short Lives and I'll update when it's done. I updated the spreadsheet for my reads.Great job, Blue Team! Keep the momentum going. We have plenty of time to smash those shelves.
I have about 130 pages left on The Maze Runner and should be able to finish it tomorrow. Good job everyone! Go Team Blue!
Hi blue team! We’re doing amazing- keep it up. I read through the comments .... geez, when your team captain is on pain killers 🤭. I will update and make corrections to the list this evening when I get home from work. Thank you for bearing with me and double checking everything.
I was thinking of starting Along the Infinite Sea, which fits into fiction, 2017, 2018 and library.
I was also thinking of Stay with Me, which fits 5-stars, fiction, library, 2017, and 2018
I still have about 100 pages left of the book I'm reading now, so I will probably only be able to finish one more book. Which should I pick?

I’m almost finished Dracula (yay!) and Born a Crime (another yay!) - I’ll check back in when I have and know where I can stick ‘em. Go Team Blue!!
I'll commit to Along the Infinite Sea for fiction or library then! I should have Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil for gothic finished tonight!
Finished Jackie Four not sure if we can use this for anything but had to read for another group I'm in so thought I would throw it in the mix. If we can't use it no worries.
Debra wrote: "finished Heart of Darkness I found this book to be horrible"You are a reading champ Debra!! Thats a lot of books.
Updating now.
Edit: I made some switches to your shelves and checked in Jackie Four :-)
Samantha wrote: "Hi Tracy, I was just looking at the Message 53 list you have going. Thanks for pointing that out.
Claire wrote: "Finished One, Two, Buckle My Shoe

Agatha Christie

Claire, I logged in both your books and found shelves for them :-)
Emily wrote: "I'll commit to Along the Infinite Sea for fiction or library then! I should have Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil for gothic finished tonight!"Put it under Library.....
Debra, you are killing it and I am feeling like a total underachiever! Way to get it for this team!
I've finished Dracula! I'll look tomorrow where I can fit it, as it's midnight now and I should really go to bed ...
Debra wrote: "finished Heart of Darkness I found this book to be horrible"I thought it was a great book. But it is dark and sad, I agree.
Jody wrote: "I've finished Dracula! I'll look tomorrow where I can fit it, as it's midnight now and I should really go to bed ..."Jody it fits under Did-Not-Finish....for someone ......somewhere. So I put it under that shelf :-)
Kathy Jo wrote: "Troublemaker finished!I started Into the Wild, which fits for adventure! Also could be 2017 or 2018"
Got it :-)
Good Night Blue Team 🌛I'm off to try and finish a book so I feel like I'm contributing something
No painkillers needed today so I'm hopeful that I will get through Dark Places without nodding off :-)
I think I'm going to put Starvation Heights: A True Story of Murder and Malice in the Woods of the Pacific Northwest on hold for now, at least until the weekend, because it is such a slow read for me. I'm definitely picking up either Milk and Honey or The Sun and Her Flowers, and/or The Complete Maus this weekend, because I'm pretty confidant I can get through those, so I will at least get 2 or 3 books read.
Knocked out 120 pages of reading tonight, but saved the last 30 of the book for tomorrow because I didn't want my What I Read in January blog post to be a lie 😂
It's Tech Free day at school tomorrow, so my students and I will be doing a lot of reading! Will definitely finish Midnight and start Along the Infinite Sea!

I literally just had to go through my plan and delete a bunch of books I should’ve had no problem finishing for January but didn’t get to thanks to my leg 🙁now my February plan looks ridiculous. Oh well..... I can’t believe one month done already.

Tracy wrote: "I actually want this on audio now after reading all the discussion about it."Yes!! It's the best audiobook I've listened to so far, and will definitely be one of my favourite books this year.
I've just started two more books, but I'm not sure if I'll finish either by Saturday (one's a nine hour audiobook and I never know how much free listening time I'll get). If I look close to finishing, I'll check in and let you know.I am going to read Adulthood Is a Myth, which I'll definitely finish though!
Finished Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil for gothic! This one took me way longer than expected -- I guess because it was narrative nonfiction and denser than the usual fiction novel?
Allegiance/Susannah Sandlin I should be able to finish this one in time. The only open tag that I see it fitting is "2018" (it does fit some other tags that are finished/pending in case we have to do some shifting).
Checked in and updated through message #146. Looks like we have 28 books read. I hope everyone is having fun and enjoying (most of) what they've been reading.Jody- I gave up the Graphic-Novel shelf to you for Adulthood Is a Myth. I also removed books from my list that I know I'm absolutely not going to read.
Also was able to find shelves for our other additions :-)
I finished reading Small Favor. The next book I'm starting is Beneath the Sugar Sky. It is short so it should go quickly. It fits for 2018 reading challenge. If we are still missing a book that fits the Italy shelf I could read My Brilliant Friend. I am sure I can finish it by Saturday.
Thanks Tracy! I got halfway through The Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes tonight, which I'm happy with - I have a good chance of finishing it in time now!

You have a book listed under my name that Claire read and the book We Need to Talk About Kevin I finished. so may have to update again."
OOPS😯, sorry about that. A little off on these meds. Can everyone please double check the list and make sure I didn't miss anything else? I think I got it all.
