They have been pretty active. Its close to finals and term papers time if they are in school. So we should give them some time. Most of the others that are off the team never actually did anything. So I am hesitant on asking for new members.
I started a new job, and I am so behind in my reading! Anyhow - finished Truevine: Two Brothers, a Kidnapping, and a Mother's Quest: A True Story of the Jim Crow South by Beth Macy as my American read. Here's my review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...I might have misplaced the book I said I would read for the detour, if so, I'll find another one! ;)
Just realized I had a book that worked for the detour. Rules for a Proper Governess - just updated the SS.

Thank you! :)Now that training is over, I might have more down time, so possibly my reading will pick up again! :)
Someone contacted me and wants to join our group. I think we should since we haven't heard form Fanziska or Pendra. We can keep them in the group in case they pop in.

Maybe we need to get a new member? But then again it's only one more round and then it's over. And if people choose to stay on then more people can join?
I can also contact those we haven't heard from by sending them a PM?
Well we can decide to continue....I want too...
Some can drop out or we can add more members.
Nicole, if you could PM that would be great.
We can continue the next round if we wish to. I think it's called Business Class. And those that want to bow out can do so. The rest can continue.
Hello! I contacted Sunshine about joining your group. I'd like to join with you if you decided to continue this challenge :)
Bea wrote: "Hello! I contacted Sunshine about joining your group. I'd like to join with you if you decided to continue this challenge :)"Hi Bea,
I'm still waiting for the other two members to let me know if they're participating. But from the looks of things I think we'll need another member :) I'm sure there are a few of us who want to continue onto the next journey....
Hey Team,As soon as Tahmina or Wolf indicate they've finished their book for this leg of the tour we'll be good to go onto the next and final leg.
In the meantime, can you let us know if you want to continue with the challenge?
I’m done with both my books just haven’t had time to update my good reads. And I would like to stick around. We can move to the next leg. And I’ll update everything on goodreads

Hey Nicole, thank you so much for your private message. I would love to keep playing with you and I apologize for my absence the last weeks. There were a lot of things going on in my life but now everything's good and I am ready to finish some more books :). Sorry again, guys!
So the last task was to finish a book by an american author, right? Then I finished the right book yesterday. I will add it to the spreadsheet.

Alright team. We are able to go on to the next and final leg.I assume it's Santiago in the Dominican Republic and not Chile? If so, I rate a spell it out would be the best option.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...
I am fine with either spell out or reading from an author from Dominican Republic...https://www.goodreads.com/author/list...I am reading In the Time of the Butterflies which will fit either option. "i"
and Rebecca for sidekick...https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/5..... this one is 23rd on this list.

I have also updated our spreadsheet! Thank you to whoever was updating it for me!
You are welcome :) I just didn't want our travel agent to think that you didn't finish your books in the previous round. that's the only update I made....
