At this point, you should just have a hidden template sheet like Bea's... then you can just fiddle with the colors any time we add a new member...

One like Bea's, and one with the monthly tallies, at least...

Go to your tab, if you're not on it already. Enter the book, date finished, page numbers and answer the Yes/no questions. if you did a challenge, say what it was after the points on the far right. You can look at other people's sheets to get the idea.

I had to download a excel sheets app to read and edit mine. Maybe that would help?

Perhaps download Google sheets in your tab will help. I downloaded it in my phone and it works fine for me. At least the basic functions like adding, deleting text or rows, copy-pasting formulas...

If it doesn't work then ask one your team member to update your sheet with whatever you read. 😊

Google sheets works terribly in browser... I just do everything on PC... other option is the app or team help options mentioned above...

Soo, I just added my first points into my sheet, but somehow it doesn't show on the scoreboard, there it still says I've made 0 points and I think my points also weren't added to the team score...

The sheet is getting big with all our points... if they show on your tab, they'll usually appear in the team pages on reload... if not, THEN there's a problem...

There's a mistake in Bea's formula in the first tab. It takes the G15 cell for points instead of G1.
I don't have the editing rights to fix it though.... :"(

EDIT: Just realized my explanation is crappy since I wrote it while I was still half asleep :p
Cell H49 of the Scoreboard tab has '=Bea!G15' instead of '=Bea!G1'

What Iain said. I'd really only attempt to use the sheet on something with some horsepower/stability, not a phone. Google sheets as an app is notorious for crashing.

Glad we have so many backup people capable of making fixes when I'm not around :)

It's working now. It was on the main sheet. It kept loading and I had to try a couple of times.

Me too... I was going to say to try hiding lines from earlier in the year, but your sheet isn't as cluttered as mine (with over 200 lines filled) so that shouldn't be a problem...

I think I fixed it... or Rob did...

I spent 10 minutes adding you to the sheet, because I couldn't find Slytherpuff in the list with the search function, only to later find you with your formula pointing at G2 instead of G1... so I hit undo about 50x...

Which is a good thing, since I didn't know how to add you to the hidden formulas anyway, only the visible ones...

Rob still needs to fix you on the Team page, but you're working on the first page...

EDIT: Just checked you and Rea on the Page count page and fixed those from J2 to J1... Virginie should be able to fix your averages... she has some complex formulas, just needs to give you a special start date, so it can stop dividing from January 1st...

It's all been sorted... I think fixing the score page might have eventually trickled to the team page... Slytherpuff and Bea/Rea's formulas were looking in G2 & J2 instead of G1/J1, which left their results blank...

I figured anybody with a little spreadsheet knowledge would do so anyway, since it's not like there's anything preventing non-participants from messing with the sheet... I backed up the entire thing on my Drive in case I blew up the spreadsheet with my suggestion.
