Personally I don't have any particularly burning creative passions, but I'm still getting a lot out of it, in an advice-for-life kind of way. It's the sort of book that you can pick up and read just 5 minutes at a time, or in a big chunk; whatever suits your mood.

This was recommended to me recently by someone else as well! Think I might add it to my list, thanks! :)
Finished my first one and HIGHLY recommend for anyone else who appreciates self-development or just generally would enjoy an eye-opening, thought-provoking book on the nature of shame and vulnerability.

Haha it's a lovely thought but I suspect my form of sage advice will just be recommending a bunch of books ;)
Love your review on your first book in this challenge. Looking forward to seeing more reviews. Very keen to see what outcome you achieve personally after the self-help challenge. I love a good self-help book and the feeling of enlightenment that comes from reading them.Happy Reading!

I love a good self..."Thanks Alli! I read a few last year and really enjoyed them so I'm looking forward to completing this challenge! Daring Greatly was a great book to start with :)
Finished my second one from the list but it was a bit disappointing!Emotional Intelligence: Managing Emotions to Make a Positive Impact on Your Life and Career by Gill Hasson only copped 2 stars.
Review here: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Mixed feelings on Journey of a Lightworker: A Collection of Personal Stories from Lightworkers Around the World by White Light Publishing House. Some interesting stories but some also a little too weird for me!Review here: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I've been slacking off a little but am now a third of the way there! The Power Is Within You by Louise L. Hay was a decent one, but the ideas weren't anything new to me. Great for 'beginners' though!

Two more down, although Rise Sister Rise: A Guide to Unleashing the Wise, Wild Woman Within by Rebecca Campbell was so disappointing that I DNF'd it.Review here: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse was a 5 star win, though!
