(Spoilers)A boy meets a girl with schizophrenia and she tells him about a vision of a coffin under a tree. They try to figure out what is going on. At the end there is a bomb hidden and will blow up people at a track meet(? Some sort of sporting event)

Also, at the beginning of the book the boy is on a train rail and is trying not to get killed by the train

I don't know the author so I can't say if it was male or female. The main characters were early high school I think or late middle school in a modern setting.

the cover had silhouettes of the two kids I think maybe a tree in there somewhere? I read it in middle school
