Well I didn't think I'd get there, but a solid reading session last night had me complete January's challenge.

Book 5: A similar author to a 2017 favourite book's author, Ms Moriarty, was Anthony Doerr and last night I finished his book Memory Wall . It's a collection of short stories. Some were so-so, but others excellent. 3.5★

first time reading this author. enjoyed the build up with the plot but felt the ending was abruptly "dropped end". still, checked out all the other works by this author from my library system in my neck of the woods.
