Betsy I finished this challenge! I have updated message 98 to show all my selected Non-fiction books are completed!

Just finished The Creature from Jekyll Island: A Second Look at the Federal Reserve and have very mixed feelings about it, I charitably gave it 3 stars (I feel like it was a 2 1/2 star book). It was interesting (and also boring as all get out!), it was well-researched with very salient points to make, yet it ultimately came across as flawed to me, and really not much more than a wild conspiracy theory, as I felt the author made some rather strange leaps in his conclusions. The value for me was really in learning how those libertarians come up with their beliefs and even their rather odd alliances they have made with the Republican Party. Not a very logical alliance at all. I may have gained some understanding of how to converse (argue?!?) with some of my more difficult relatives.

Now to work on my 2019 Non-fiction list!
