I'm finishing up
, which seems odd today because it's raining in November in Ontario, then hopefully I'll start
. I've been excited for this one for quite a while now.
I continue to read as much as I can. The last couple of weeks have been a challenger but I have finished 1 book and have 3 more going. Atonement, The case of the Missing Books, and Odd Apocalypse. They are all wonderful reads but my schedule has not been as conducive to reading as I would like. I've been reading most of the day today however. How nice.
I've currently been reading the hobbit for the first time!! Working on getting the whole series before the end of the year ^-^
Valentín wrote: "I'm currently reading "The Mark Of Athena", by Rick Riordan and "Warriors: Into the wild", by Erin Hunter"I love Rick Riordan's work.
I'm currently in a major reading slump. It's odd for me.
Almost finished with Magyk by Angie Sage. This has been on my TBR for well over a year, and I'm really enjoying it! It reminds of the reason I loved reading in the first place.... a simple and compelling story that I can't seem to put down :)
Stephanie, that's the next book I'm reading. I'm glad to hear you're enjoying it. I'm currently reading City of Ashes.

No One Knows by J.T. Ellison,The Sea Hunters
by Clive Cussler,
They Came Out After Dark by Chris Ward,
Lost Among the Living by Simone St. James, I just couldn't wait so I'm also reading
81 Days Below Zero: The Incredible Survival Story of a World War II Pilot in Alaska's Frozen Wilderness by Brian Murphy
I loved Kane Chronicles too. If you enjoy them, make sure to read the short stories where the Kane's meet Percy and Annabeth.

incase you haven't read it already.
If you like Nora Roberts I suggest The Three Sisters trilogy. I believe the first one is Dance Upon the Air.
My library just came through with two wishlist books, automatically checked out to me: Un Lun Dun by China Miéville and Journey to Munich by Jacqueline Winspear. So, having just finished reading Devoted in Death by J.D. Robb, I'm jumping right on these two new books. Like Shaunesay, I will be reading Midnight Riot by Ben Aaronovitch before April is over.
I'm about to start re-reading Game of Thrones with Barbara. I am also reading The Raven King by Maggie Steifvater right now, and I'm flirting with the idea of reading one other but I haven't settled on what title yet. Perhaps I have enough on my plate already ;-)
I just finished
and still trying to process it!Just started
and am also into
as both of these authors will be at MidAmeriCon in August that I'm going to. :)
Until 29 minutes ago I was reading and finished The Merry Wives of Maggody by Joan Hess. I highly recommend it.
I'm currently 100 pages into

.Pretty Baby has been a little slower than I expected. A little more difficult to read.
I've also been reading Buried Prey by John Sandford-started Thursday. 1/4 of the way through already.
Hey, just need a little help finding a book. I remember what the book was about but I don't remember the title or author. The book is about a boy whose dad is an army veteran who lives in a rehab type place for war vets. the boy is sent to live at some sort of private school and he has an Indian roommate. Something happens to the dad and the boy has to go to Africa and rescue him, he has a young village boy as his guide and becomes friends with him. He also meets a girl who is a pilot. This is about most of what I remember about the book, thanks if you guys can help me out!!!
The Body Farm I'm re-starting this book. It's been quite a while since I began it, but I have really enjoyed all the Kay Scarpetta novels I've read so far.[author[author:connelly michael|14706472]:Lincoln Lawyer is another book I'm beginning this afternoon.
I just finished
Wonderful fast paced legal thriller of a unconventional lawyer who works out of his car, but knows the "who's who and is not afraid to use these connections to get his client off. Innocent or guilty.
