2. enchanters end game. The Belgariad book 5A question if an author has a book in the universe of a series that’s not numbered in the main series does it still count for this challenge? Say a stand-alone book on one of the characters but not the main one from the series or a prequel.
One example would be edgedancer by Brandon Sanderson. It’s in the storm light archive universe but not number in the series. It’s a stand-alone book on a minor character from the second book in the main series.

It is numbered as The Stormlight Archive 2.5. If Goodreads marks it as part of a series, you can count it for this challenge.

But wait, what about ongoing series where you read the most recent book and who knows when the next one is due out...I'm looking at you George R.R. Martin.....

In cases like those, I'm counting books in ongoing series as "part of a series".

"Exactly as D.G says, that one counts as part of a series. Let's hope Winds of Winter will finally be released this year, or at least before the next season is released.
