Kayla (kayla622) | 6 comments I set my reading goal of 12 books, but I will see how many I can read that fit this criteria.

I am working on #1, "A book made into a movie that I've already seen."

I'm reading "Mildred Pierce." I've seen the movie version multiple times and own the Criterion release.

I'm glad I chose this book. The movie turned the screenplay into a love story, but the book is much different. I enjoyed her observations and insights about the people who worked for her over the years and her description of the lands.

My count is now 1/50.
