No. What you're seeing there is the cover of one of the issues that's collected in this book - Alpha #1: http://www.comicbookresources.com/?pa.... You'll notice that artwork doesn't even have the correct title for the book on it. That particular cover was used as placeholder artwork when the book was initially solicited, before the final cover art had been finished. Very common with comics.

Sorry, should've mentioned that in my initial post. This is just another auto-added dupe from amazon; I've been seeing a lot of those lately.

a) Sorting the invalid ISBN10 to match the ISBN13 and then setting second edition as Alternate Cover. Both editions now need 1) Author adding in the script of the text, and 2) recombining with the original texts.
b) Alternate cover editions again.

Hi Emy... She has already been waiting just over 2 days. I said I would see if I could help being a Librarian, but I cant't fix it. She has deleted her account and re signed up to fix the other issue. She is waiting author status now so she can re add her books, but she just needs this one book deleted.

Is it not possible for you to just delete the book?

I'm listed as the author, but my publisher and I have postponed it indefinitely--meaning there are no longer plans for completion and publication. It has been removed from the publisher's website and will be removed from mine shortly.

The former has a "fake" isbn, i.e., the same isbn-13 as the latter, but missing the first digit (so there are only 12 digits).

Netgalley counts as a valid edition, usually we just mark them as an ARC edition.

Sheena, Goodreads policy is to keep all published covers on the site, as users want to shelve the cover of the copy they have. Instead, we add an alternate-cover edition. See http://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/1... and http://www.goodreads.com/help/show/85....
