I am part way through The Emperor's Revenge by Clive Cussler for this challenge, which I had selected for Monaco and is on one of the lists for that country. Though the story begins in Monaco, it seems to have multiple settings in Mediterranean islands and countries.Is it OK to use this book for Monaco?
