Nancy Drew - Calendar/Missing Dates

Nancy Drew book (one of the original set) where one element in the book is a calendar or something that had missing dates on it.

This is for a friend, so I have no other details or personal recollections to add.

Victor, did calendar/diary/journal have missing dates because someone removed pages or due to a printing error?

The very first Nancy Drew is about a clue in a clock. Was it time related or specifically a calendar?

My understanding of it is that it was a calendar that had specific dates ripped or cut out of it. Further questioning of my friend has been fruitless. She read this book as a child and it's the one book she's been trying to locate in the subsequent 40 or so years. She says the diary doesn't sound right, but to ME, that sounds like it's a likely potential match. Trying to track down a digital copy of the book that might have some excerpts from that section of the book.
