I think I'm missing a golden oldie - I'm listed as having 4, but it should be 5. Thanks.

I reposted, but even removing that 50 points, my count on the readboard is off I think, Should be 580 I think. (630 assuming the 50 points is added in that I reposted.) There were 3 valid tasks posted in 2543 (worth 60 points) and I had 520 before that post. Thanks! let me know if I missed something.

Whoops. Missed one. I've fixed the spreadsheet so your total will be adjusted in the next update. Thanks for letting me know!

I haven't gotten to your repost of 50.1 yet, but I have found the 25-point discrepancy and fixed it. Thanks for letting me know! Your adjusted score will show up in the next update.

Task 30.2, book 1 does not allow for variations in the word "Six." Hyphenated words considered one word in the SRC (see FAQ - I. General default rules - E,F). The Six-Gun Tarot won't work for book 1 of this task as Six-Gun is a variation of the word "Six."

Task 30.3, option 4 requires that you provide a link to your original 5 star read when you post. Please repost this task with the required element.

You've already claimed task 5.10 in post 2119 on November 14 so I have not recorded The White Steamship.

If you'd like to move books around, feel free, just clearly explain in your post that you're removing points for one task and are moving the book to another task. All posts to move books must be complete with all required information.

Task 15.4, book 1 requires a minimum 2 word title.

Task 20.7, option C requires the book to be set at least 50% in the state in question. If the quote you've provided from the book comes from p. 285 and the book is 352 page long, that means only 67 pages, or 19%, is set in New Mexico.

Kristina Simon (kristinasimon) | 11204 comments Naomi - post 2619

Task 30.8, option C requires you to read a books that appear on The Sword and Laser and the Vaginal Fantasy Book Club bookshelves. I don't see any books by Maggie Stiefvater on either of those groups' bookshelves.

Re: Task 5.10 - All posts must contain links to books that have verified page numbers. De magie van het nietsdoen is missing this information. You will need to have the page number issue resolved before reposting. If the book has a print edition, you can do this by asking a GRs librarian to verify the number of pages and update the GRs records in the Anyone with librarian status thread in General Help. If the book only exists in ebook form, you'll need to get it approved for length in the Ebook page verification in General Help.

Hi,

I’m so sorry to be a pain so close to the end of the challenge. But can someone please check my Big Book and Golden Oldie tickets?

At the moment the reader board has a blank next to both these totals but previously (last week) it correctly showed that I had 8 Big Book tickets and 1 Golden oldie. My name hasn’t been in this thread.

Post 980 - 2 Big Book, 1 Golden oldie
Post 1388- 1 Big Book
Post 2378- 5 Big Book

Weird. Your totals show up for me. It shows you have 8 Big Book tickets and 1 Golden oldie ticket. Maybe it's a browser issue??

Re: Task 20.3 Mercedes Lackey is the editor of Sword of Ice and Other Tales of Valdemar. Per the FAQ - I. General default rules - Q: Only authors that are identified as authors (or a default blank in the author role field), co-authors, or contributors may be used for tasks involving author information. Other roles or functions such as editor, illustrator, artist, translator, introduction, designed by, foreword, preface, assistant or afterword may not be used for author-sourced tasks.

That is so weird. Actually, I think this is my bad. I generally look at goodreads on my phone. The only time I look at goodreads on computer is when I am posting for tasks. On my phone, it comes up with a little blank next to my name for GO's and BB's but on the computer it is fine. Silly mobile app.

Sorry to bug you about a non issue!! Thanks for your help! Hope the rest of the challenge is nice and smooth for you! =)

She also co-authored several of the stories in the anthology, but yes she was also the editor and is listed as such in goodreads for this book (I guess you can't be listed as more than 1 thing for a book?). Another contributer's name is "Mickey Zucker Reichert" and that name would also meet the requirement as well. if I repost using that author's name instead of the editor, would that be OK? Sorry for not double checking that rule.

Hello! I think I am missing a Golden Oldie ticket on the Readerboard. My previous total was 4, and in message 2611 I claimed a fifth. However, the Readerboard still indicates that I have a total of 4. Thanks for checking!
